BAD A$$ BBQ!

Bruce and I went up to prescott valley for the weekend. I have always wanted to stop at the Bad A$$ BBQ grill so bruce took me finally!!! The food was all right. I have had better, but we did get to take fun pictures!

They have their own petting zoo and I got to pet the giraffe!!

Conference!

I didn't have to work on sat so I went over to the Balls to watch morning and afternoon conference. Bruce and I watched the morning one by ourselves

Then my roommate came over for the second one along with bruces brothers, thomas and Danny
Stephanie was a little hyper. Thomas thought it was would be funny to tape Bruce's ankles to mine with duct tape. Stephanie thought it would be funny to help. Sadly we didn't get a picture of it but it hurt way bad.... for bruce! I had pants on but he was wearing shorts! Poor boy!
On Sunday I have a tradition of making a big breakfast then watching conference. During the second half we make fajitas. Bruce was willing to help me out. My roommate and her boy came along with bruce's family minus the parents since they were in utah.The anniversary of Sputnik is Oct 4th. Marie and Michelle (two of bruce's sisters) both went Idaho for school and every year they celebrated by having a SPUDnik day. They would watch October sky and have a pototo bar. Since conference fell on Oct 4th, for dinner we had a pototo bar and that night we watched October Sky. It was tons of fun! Michelle is an amazing baker and she made us a chocolate raspberry cake and we made 2 kinds of homemade ice cream. We also had noni nut muffins (sambruce's 2 year old nephew calls banana's nonis) They were super yummy!!!

This is Thomas... bruce's little brother. He has long blonde hair and we were being a tad crazy in between conferences and we tried curling his hair. He let me do one strand but wanted to do the rest himself. So he had one curled strand and the rest looked... interesting. lol We had a lot of fun!! I look forward to many more conferences with them!

North Mountain

One night my roommate had me drop her off at work. She went in at 10 pm and got off around 3 am.(she works in a hospital) Bruce hung out with me while we waited to get her. By the time we got back it was almost 4 and we had wanted to hike Squaw Peak that morning but I wasn't feeling the idea of getting up early anymore. Then we had the idea of packing breakfast and hiking North Mountain and watching the sunrise!

Isn't it pretty? We took blankets cuz it was a tad chilly. Bruce pointed out some stars and what their names were. We also talked about us and where we wanted to go. We both are set on getting married. We are both set in the idea of getting married next summer too.

If you look closely... in between the tree and rock there is an owl! isn't it sweet! we heard it hoot on the way up then we were able to spot him! I took this with my phone so it didn't let me zoom in very close.

The sunset was soooo pretty!

It is very difficult to try and kiss, take a picture, and get the sunset in all at the same time while freezing cuz the windy is super cold... we took about 50 pictures and I only liked 2.

This is my super cute Brucester! We climbed to the peak and sat on a rock while we waited for the sun to peak over the horizon. We ate bagels with cream cheese and we brought granola bars and oranges but we ate half a bagel each then moved to a little hole to get out of the wind. After we ate our other half Bruce made me stand up to watch the sun come up over the horizon. After it came up i sat back down in the hole and realized the sun came up so we could go home. So we did.

All in all it was very fun!

Funiture Double

My roommate stephaine bought a new table and we had to wait til bruce got off at 9:30 to go pick it up. I set her up with logan, a friend of mine and bruces, so she wouldn't have to listen to me and bruce all night. We picked him up and thankfully we did cuz bruce was a tad cranky from working all day and i had to be nice and play with him so logan and stephanie tackled putting together the chairs which took them til about 1 am to finish.


can you say poor YSA? lol i made soup and grilled cheese for every one cuz it was fast and easy.
We watched the office while we worked.. well one episode then we had to stop cuz we didn't have the remote to put on the next one lol

My job was putting the table together.. i did it the fastest but we had to take the legs off cuz i put in the wrong screws.. but other than that i did a good job.I make dinner every night for bruce and stephanie and this night logan, bruce was nice enough to do the dishes so i could help put the table together

Cuteness for Bruce

Did you know Labor day means you LABOR all day long? apparently thats how it is in the Balls family. We woke up at 6:30 am and moved his sister into her house. Then went and had breakfast at the stake center. After that we painted my desk, then went shopping, then ate lunch, then rearranged my room, then put my desk together, went to lowes, hung shelves on wall, then clean room, then go to FHE, then put everything away and go to bed by 11.

Bruce was so helpful all day! He spent his day off helping me get stuff that i wanted to get done, done! He didn't complain at all the whole day! We went back and forth all day long and didn't stop! He is AMAZING!

I had his truck for the day since i had interviews to go to, so my roommates and I heart attacked his room.

"You stole my Heart" is a line in a Ne-Yo song so we thought it worked out nicely!

Kerri gave me some canvas so i made a little sign to hang in his room!

Every Christmas Stephaine's (roommate) grandma makes each grandkid a candy bar bouqet and uses it as their place settings. She told me about it so we thought we'd make one for bruce! it turned out way cute!!
If i had 100 grand i'd more then willingly share it with bruce! He is so amazing! It goes without saying he loved his room! I guess no one has ever done anything like that for him, which suprised me cuz he does this stuff all the time. I guess he is just one of the ppl that does for others but no one does for him. I LOVE doing dumb stuff like this so i'm glad he liked it!

Castle n Coasters

We all went on a quad date! My roommate sierra wanted to meet bruces friend dane so we planned a double. Then i asked a boy in our ward for my roommate stephanie and he said he'd go so we had a triple. Then they invited their younger sister to come along so it was a quadruple date. We all went to castle n coasters and played in the acrade. Bruce and i got 93 tickets and got cool shooter guns! stephanie and Chad only got like 65 and got bow and arrows. We played the ghost shooter game and got like 30 tickets! We all had a blast!

ONE reason why i love being out on my own again! going on fun dates with roomies!!!

Lots has happend and i haven't had time to post everything...


I moved out with a girl from bruce's ward. I now live on 30th ave and thunderbird! Stephanie and her sister Sierra share a room and i have my own room and bath. Its sweet! i already love the girls! I'll post pictures of my OH SO CUTE room soon!

I quit frys cuz it was a 50 min drive to work everyday and i wasn't having that. So now i have a job at Deluxe. Its a fancy restaurant hamburger joint. Its pretty sweet. I hopefully start next week, and i get to work with chantel (friend since 2nd grade) again!!

Goldie died cuz i left my lights on at work, then i was given the wrong battery and put it in, and toasted the fuses. We changed those and it still wont start... so now we have to go fight the big bad SAM'S club to make then fix my car!!! Hopefully they will cuz i now pay rent and don't want to have to buy a new car.


Life is WONDERFUL! I love being with YSAs again! I also LOVE being so close to bruce! Its amazing!

Oh and i'm thinking of changing my major... to like physical therapy or ultra sound tech.. what do you think?
