twilight..the movie..

aunt marsha and i spent all day thursday making shirts for twilight.. jessie bought one.. but we didn't want to spend the money. We all went to the midnight showing of it.. All i have to say is... BOOO!! Forget the movie and just read the book.. you'll like it so much more. if you haven't read the book, or seen the movie.. don't ruin the book by seeing the movie. READ THE BOOK FIRST if you really want to see the movie. i'm sure your head will make a better show of it then what the movie does. Yes i know it was a budget flim.. but come on! edward is dreamy right.. not that guy.. the acting stunk! it seemed like it took forever, yet it went through the book really fast. will i ever watch it again.. No will i read the book again (i've already have read it twice) YES! sorry if you liked it. I didn't!! i'm glad i got to go see it at midnight with my aunt and couins though!! THANKDS AUNT MARSHA!!!

Temple lights!

So as you prolly alredy know, the Mesa temple has Chrismas lights each year. This year i found out that my singles ward helps to put up the lights! HOW COOL IS THAT?!?! i was so excited to be apart of making the temple lights happen. So i talked my friend into coming with me and we all helped out. We helped put the lights all around the front lawn. it wasn't a BIG task, but without us it would have taken them a long time to do and we got to make it pretty!!

We put in post all around the lawn (the ones in the wheel barrow... no clue who the guy is).. i think we each did about... hmmm 5 or 6.

















we had a blast.. we didn't string in the lights because it was really complicated.. we weren't sure we would get it right.. plus we were hungry and i had to go to work.. so we went to pete's fish and chips!

80's baby!

bre told us about an 80's dance out in phoenix so of course we went!!! who doesn't love dressing up 80's style!?!?! we sure do!!!

the 2 random boys wanted to do the jumping pictures with us so we let them... if you look closely my hand is a bit higher then boy boy in yellow.. rindy told him i beat him cuz i jumped higher. He then made us have a rematch and he cheated!!!! he pushed me down so he could win! stinkin boys!

RAW chicken grosses me out!!!!!!

I've always had a weird thing about raw chicken.. maybe i picked it up from kim... i don't know. I don't eat chicken on the bone. I just can't do it! I always had my mom pick it off so i could eat dinner. You may be thinking... you don't live with your mom.. what do i do? I DON'T MAKE CHICKEN WITH BONE IN IT!!! i always buy boneless chicken.. a little more expensive... soooo worth it!! I'll eat chicken wings.. but only if they have a dark sauce like BBQ but i still can't look at it while i eat it and I leave a lot of chicken on it.


Its so bad, that in high school my bio teacher said we were going to do dissect chicken wings. I was like, hmm i don't do raw chicken so i'll just watch. He pulled it out and was showing us how the joint worked and i almost threw up!!! I couldn't even handle watching him touch it, let a lone cut it open!! GROSS!! (i'll cut up and touch cow, rat, pig, look at cadavers, just not raw chicken!!)

wondering where this is leading?!?! Today was my first day working at frys! So far i like it, but guess what my one of my first jobs was today?!





















i had to get the whole chicken (the ones for the roisterer) and put my hand inside, pull out the fat, the grab a leg, poke a hole through the skin with my thumb, stick a leg in, then cross the other leg to tie them together! I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE! it was hard for me to touch it at first but i just thought about tying a shoe so it wasn't bad. Some at the end i couldn't keep the shoe in my head and could just see the chickens. I was SOOO happy when i finished!!!

THEN i had to clean the breasts, thighs, legs and wings. when ever i touched the bones i would gag! it was sooooo gross. I thought by the end of doing it, i could handle the raw chicken and maybe even start buying the chicken with the bone to cook with (since it is cheaper) BUT NO! i will forever HATE chicken on the bone and i'm sure i will never get over it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm dying to dye my hair dark brown again because i like that color the best. However, i'm still in mind of going on a mission next year so i need to keep it as natural as i can so there isn't any keep up while i'm gone. One of the first things i'll do when i get home is color it! =]

Girls night in

Brooke and I spent saturday night at home. We rented the Ariel's beginning then watched the marathon of Hannah Montana. We were a little bored so I braided brookes hair then she braided mine! WE KNOW WE ARE SEXY! =]

Halloween!

I love halloween but i didn't do much. Jessica throw a party for her friends so i dressed up as a plam reader and read everyones hands for them.

I got some fake eyelashes and a cool tattoo for my face. I had fun wearing it!!
