Sister Hebner?!

I went and talked to my bishop last night.... and.... I can start filling out my missionary paper work! I'm so excited! I'm going to start attending Missionary prep classes sunday mornings! He thinks that if i can get every thing done i could have my call by the time i leave for hawaii! CRAZY HUH!?!? He asked if there was any one i was dating.. and i told him i just started to hang out with bruce... He then asked if we should wait and put off doing my papers. I was all.. we JUST started dating and i can't even begin to say where it will go. Yes i like him but we only started dating. So i asked if i could start my papers and also see where it goes with bruce.. if it goes anywhere. he said that it was fine and there were a lot of steps to filling them out and i could stop at any point if something develops.

I'm so happy right now! life is so great! School is almost over too!!! what more could a girl ask for??

Fry's employee of the month

I didn't get anything special for being Employee of the month but its still an honor! My boss came and took a picture of me and i asked what it was for, she said oh you got employee of the month. I was all.. cool! lol I've never had a job in which that was offered so its cool that i can say i've been an employee of the month! Makes me feel like my hard work is noticed! =]

A day at the zoo!

I got a free pass to the zoo since i ran the 5k and syl and clif came out to go with me!!



As we were walking into the zoo this lady comes out with a cooler and ask... "want free ice cream?" of course we said yes!! i got a bullet! Every time i went to the zoo with my family or with my friends family we would ALWAYS get a bullet afterwards! I got mine before we went in but still how AMAZING is that!!!

this was by the bears.. clif made me take pictures of himSyl goes and looks at this boa constrictor then comes and gets me and cliff and points to the sign and says... its a cobra!! hahaha i had to take a picture of the sign haha

the sign says save some water, save a native fish, have fewer mesquitos! when we read this clif pointed out to syl that it was the circle of life... i laughed and took a picture of it

Aren't they sooo pretty! i love them! Coolest animals ever!
They built this cool giraffe tower so you can be up with the giraffes! No feeding them like at the wild zoo but still very cool! and the steps move and the bridge moves too! its fun!
Syl made us peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I got a pudding cup while they ate nasty apple sauce. She's amazing!

I saw a sign next to the otter cages and it told us how to be an otter for the day! how cool is that!!!

my first 5k!

K8e and i as we got to papago park to run our 5k!!! It was early but once we got our free shirts (i was most excited out that!) I started to get really excited! i loved all the different people there running. Young (1 year old running... this little girl ran with us at the end.. it reminded me of lili) and old like old old, skinny, fit, fat, average.. all were welcome to run! We got to help save the cheetahs and run! it was a very fantastic experience and i am sure i will be doing it again soon!!

there were a ton of people running! i loved the atmosphere of runners all around doing what we love to do! There was such a buzz in the air! i can't wait to do more! i'm going to be addicted to these things!Me and katie in the crowd of people waiting to run

we ran our 5 k!
Right at the finish line! we sprinted to the end and there was a ton of people and the announcer was all " oh look at the fast sprint to the end. this is a photo finish people" It was an amazing feeling to run a 5k and have people waiting at the end! i will be doing it again!
We needed some water after our run! It was nice weather though
afterwards we got free massages!!!
We tried putting oranges in our mouth but k8e couldn't get hers to stay in
she tired but it was still popping out
Then k8e got me an orange and i couldn't keep it in my mouth! haha
We both were able to get the oranges in out mouth!
We finally got the oranges in our mouth... at our 5k!

over all i came in 212 place and for my division i came in 11 out of 25 ppl. I ran it 31:11 and had a pace of about 10:02... it was a fun run and we stopped and took pictures along the way.. but it was still a good pace for us! I loved it!
